Here is an email communication from Andy’s attorney which he forwarded to the world that includes his attorney’s acknowledgement of additional allegations from Melissa Garr who claims Andy used Xtagged.com to defraud her out of $100,000. In the following document, you will see that Andy gave Miss Garr 3% of Xtagged in consideration for her investment. One can only speculate whether or not these additional allegations contributed to Holje’s decision to quit the case. The revelation was forwarded to Andy’s “supporters” with the claim that his attorney somehow tried to “force” him to accept a plea deal. Note: Andy violated his own attorney client privilege by forwarding this email and therefore the information contained herein can now be used as evidence against him at trial.
Look at the date it was before pre-trial they made me plea of misdemeanors with no jail & I said no and then Ryion, kyle & Chris committed perjury 22 times we stopped counting at 22 I know their is more, after I posted some of the lies and my attorney video of Leonard Martinez Chris E. one of the plaintiffs had a change of heart and now is connected to Steve Klemarks police LinkedIn and John’s all of us http://www.linkedin.com/in/xraza
Who is Melissa Garr in Ogden, Utah? She is alleging that you, through XTagged, took $100,000 from her.
