Andy Esquivel’s pre-trial conference continued to June 19th
On April 24th Michael Holje asked for a continuance of the pre-trial conference until June to give him more time to negotiate a plea or prepare for a defense. The court agreed and a 2nd pre-trial conference has been set for June 19th at 8:34am. As always trial updated can be found here [PDF].
Dang he is like the Chris Brown song, “Running Running!”
after leaving Utah Andy came to Colorado where I know for a fact that he scammed at least two more people out of 10k each. Please let me know who I need to contact to make sure Andy see’s justice in Colorado too!!!!
